From the moment we reached we were welcomed wamly. Special mention to the housekeeping staff Pawan and Prathamesh who made our stay comfortable. The Pondicherry café staff (Ayushree, Kunal, Sunaina, Shefa, Vikram, Tanmoy, and sous Chef Abhishek) were very considerate and catered to our special requests beautifully during our long stay. We felt treasured the whole time.Kudos to Shane (in room dining) for his cheerfulness and exquisite service. Our gratitude to the guest relations staff who made check in/out seamless (thank you Janvi for the exceptional service, the daily talks and the beautiful gesture on our last day and Khusboo Saxena and Mr Rakesh - @ the concierge). I would definitely recommend this place and we hope to be able to visit again soon. Merci beaucoup!

Everyone in the hotel was super friendly and accommodating, especially Babruvan who looked after my room and was always smiling :) Even after I checked out and have to wait around, they made sure I was comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfy and fresh, I slept like a queen.

We love to spend at least one weekend a year at this beautiful property. Once again we had great experience. The check-in and check-out was very smooth thanks to humble and efficient Mansi. The room was spacious overlooking BKC. Its all the restaurants are very good. The club lounge on top floor was classy and had very good view from balcony. We found its happy hours from 5.30 t0 7.30 little too early. It should be at least till 8 PM. The pool was little smaller but the gym was huge. The gym trainer Ravi informed me that this is the only hotel in India which has got Kinesis machine. It was nice of him to explain me the different exercise which can be done on this machine. The overall service standard was very high. Special thanks to Chirag Mayur at club lounge and Pravin Mayur at Tuskar restaurant. Worth staying...

Food, Stay & Recreation was all enjoyable .

Liked the gym, steam & sauna section, Ravi Trainer was very helpful & guided me on workout . The House' Keeping staff responded promptly , Dining was. A good experience with a lot of choices on the buffet area. We got our complimentary cake too
